I know!!!.... UGH!

The Holidays have been BUSY...and then again more relaxing maybe more then it should be! I've had a very hard time keeping motivated to want to workout. I have the thoughts and excitements at the wrong time. For example, I'll get excited/motivated to do a workout the next day, and ready to get to it....'untill the time comes down to it...it's not so exciting anymore, and I talk myself out of things like this pretty easily, or other things easily getting in the way of it. Despite the bad weather, I didn't want to go to far at all lately.
Tri-fusion has been my only luck of doing a workout, a "FULL" workout that can give me what I need! So hopefully in the new year, I can keep up, and especially at the moment while the snow and crazy road weather has wore off, I can make the point and comfort to get to more workouts with other great and inspiring athletes!
Thanks to having Sheena, who I can have to join in and join me with any workout.
Thanks this last Thursday, I FINALLY made it to a BAT at the Thompsons and rode for a good hour and 45 min. and to Tiffany who pushed me a nudge to finish a workout that kicked my rear! Thank YOU! These are the things I need to not talk myself so easily out of things. :) And following that, I even made it to the HLR at the Gallaghers'. Had a good hard run with Sheena and then stuffed my face with yummy food. I was STARVING! Thanks to all that put the time, effort and encouragment to set up workouts. Hopefully I can get into the routine to return the favor! Goal right now is to get back into the motivation to get back into the routine of things! and hopefully lose a little more weight. :) If I can stick to a couple of workouts a week and build up from there... still learning how to balance a marriage, a job, the others things I love to do, and driving the distance. I'm still excited and passionate to have this area as a part of my life!

Hope to see all you Trifusions more frequently! LOVES

Wyatt Jacob Broemmeling

An intense game!  (not really, he's just weird sometimes... most of the time!)

Another adventure to Wenatchee!

Back to being one of my favorite places to go is Wenatchee to visit Tyler's side of the family.... we use to go over and stay with Erin and Cody Stitt a lot, now that things have changed up a bit, we stay with Tyler's other brother Carson, friend Trish and their two adopted boys Avie and Collin.  Carson had a good old friend visiting Dee, took us up on Steven's Pass to do some Snowshoeing. He did this hike in the summer time, up to a natural hot spring.  He said it would take a couple of hours... well not predicting the difference between summer and winter...it took us 4 1/2 hours to get to the hot springs... it was just at the tip of sundown when we found the Hot Springs... Everyone got in, hesitantly except for me.... Best that someone didn't, to keep the dogs out,(or they would freeze!) and dress the ones that got in, as they got out in the dark, lucky we had a pinch of moonlight! :)
We headed down in the moonlight, and it was hard to see the path... kept twisting my ankles as I stepped. But it was beautiful, the moonlight hitting the snow and the huge mountains... it was a great scene and adventure!  We all had a great time...can't wait to do it again!
Start of our hike
My new favorite picture of my two loves!
Deep path
These were crazy... you could "hear" the electricity come off of these things... I couldn't hear it for awhile 'untill we got up higher away from traffic noise.  At night you could "see" the electricity sparkle off the wire.
Deeana and I
Good friends Dee and brother Carson
Leading the way Carson, Salem, Amber, Bella and Tyler ")  Dogs were troopers!
The snow was so deep, Bella and Amber with their long hair collected snowballs on their bellies.  We had to keep breaking them off.  So funny and sad and the same time!
It was a great view
Tyler and Dee

We had to cross a couple of little streams

Carson and Dee loving the warm water...but were not excited to get out!
The rest of the weekend we played with the kids - Tanner Dee and Collin, playing at Erin's while "Uncles" put together the new beds Tyler made for his niece and nephew

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! YEAH BABY 2009!

HAPPY 2009!

Yeah for another New Year... and I couldn't have celebrated it better... well.... if I had a million dollars and took some amazing trip somewhere, that would be pretty cool... yeah!  but really, it was a great night! I had some close friends over to hang out if they had nothing better to do.... and I had many that had something better to do... come hang out with ME!!!  heehee

We started off with dinner.... throughout the night, went through 12 boxes of pizza!!! YUM!  Played some games.... and then decided one by one to go play out in the snow... "what are we going to do?" .... we played ultimate frisbee to start off with... in 3 feet of snow.... :)  oh it gets better..............................................
Crazy fun group... who love "light up " ultimate tackle!
Sheena thought I was going to throw snow in her face....
HEE HEE!
Rana catching some action......
Tyler getting a take down.........

Carl and Abby.... I think the frisbee was 20 feet away, but still decided to take her down! ;)
Rana Mahmood!!
Nikki Reed..  i think she fell down in this one.....
Ok... you ready for this?  This is one of the teams to ANOTHER game we decided to play............... RED ROVER!!!
Let me just say..... YOU ARE NEVER TO OLD TO PLAY THESE GAMES!!  They just get better!
Team #2 - You're going down!!!
Snow Crew!  Only people who didn't come out were mainly the Pregos!  We had two of them! :)

This was the Hot Tub after games, to warm up.... only problem is this is a 6 person Hot Tub!   It over flowed... blew a circuit, which made the heater go off.... so it got cold pretty quick :(  The only way to possibly fix it was for someone to go through the 3 feet of snow under the deck in their swimsuit and flip the breaker....  No one had the guts!  But we enjoyed while it lasted....
Patrick and Nikki Reed

Nikki and Bethy
Footsy anyone
Sheena and Rana..... a couple of evil eyes!

Happy New Year!

It was so much fun... pretty much everyone stayed the night... we got up and had a great breakfast!  Then we kicked them all out so we could get on the road to Wenatchee... (next Blog to come!)  I'm on a roll!  :)
